Recipe Collab: Vanilla and Greens Quinoa Smoothie Bowl

Our Toasted Quinoa Flakes are a quick and easy way to start your day with plenty of protein, but sometimes it's fun to switch things up. For this smoothie bowl, we blended in one banana, plus Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blends for extra protein, antioxidants and digestive support.



  • 1/4 cup I Heart Keenwah Toasted Quinoa Flakes Hot Cereal, Unsweetened
  • 2 scoops Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blends
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk 
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Fresh fruit, nuts, and/or seeds for toppings


In a food processor or blender, combine the Toasted Quinoa Flakes, Navitas Organics Essential Blends, banana and non-dairy milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the toppings of your choice. For a refreshing chill, use a frozen banana.
