Recipe Collab: Tart n' Tangy Vegan Breakfast Parfait

Who says breakfast has to be sugary-sweet? Add some tanginess to your morning, and gut-friendly bacteria with a little help from Shire City Herbals Fire Cider and Toasted Quinoa Flakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup I Heart Keenwah Toasted Quinoa Flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbs Fire Cider Apple Cider Vinegar (Unsweetened)
  • Plus: soaked chia seeds, fresh fruit, vegan coconut yogurt, and fruit compote

Directions

  1. Place the water, apple cider vinegar and Toasted Quinoa Flakes in a glass or jar and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. In the morning, layer in additional ingredients and enjoy a sweet and sour healthy breakfast.
