- 1/4 cup Toasted Quinoa Flakes soaked in Harmless Harvest Coconut Water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- fresh raspberries
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
Liquify ingredients in a blender and garnish with fresh raspberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds.
