- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 cup I Heart Keenwah Toasted Quinoa Flakes
- Garnish: vegan yogurt, pecans and maple syrup (optional)
